Leadership Development

The aim is to develop leadership and supervisory management skills to delegates. This can be delivered on a residential or non residential basis over 1-4 days depending on client needs. The course is based around the following objectives.

Some of the activities have a financial budget, which is to be achieved from each exercise to meet a total team target. This makes the activities more commercially relevant and simulates business pressures. It will focus the group and is often a key motivational driver.

The activities will focus on a range of exercises and coaching

  • 30-60 minutes outdoor activities
  • Specific outdoor focused activities such as bridge construction and patient rescue
  • Learning exercises such as communication skills, leadership and team building, business approach and SWOT and SMART's.
  • Longer exercises utilising the surrounding geographical areas and requiring a variety of technical skills which can be negotiated at a cost to support.

This program can be adapted to meet individual and corporate needs and delivered at different levels of intensity.
